Shakespeare Workshop

Our Y5 and Y6 children enjoyed a fantastic workshop delivered by the talented team at Shakespeare Rewired.

The actors brought Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet to life through highly engaging and interactive sessions that captivated the children from start to finish. Each workshop featured lively retellings of the plays, blending humour, improvisation, original Shakespearean lines, and expressive mime.

The performers’ energy and creativity made the stories accessible and exciting, encouraging the children to join in, contribute ideas, and take part in the action. Laughter filled the room throughout, and it was wonderful to see every child so immersed, engaged, and inspired by Shakespeare in such a memorable way.
